If you'd like to amend an application, or make changes to an offer you have already received, you will need to provide your client with a new KFI.

Login to KFI Portal

Once you have the new KFI reference, Login to Apply Online and follow these simple steps:

  1. Search for the existing application. You can do this using the original KFI number or borrower's surname.
  2. Click on the status of that application. Eligible applications should say 'Applied'. Click 'Applied'.
  3. Click 'Request a Reoffer'.
  4. Provide us with the new KFI number, confirm you've provided your client with new advice and the reason for the change and we will do the rest.
